The AMBEX YM-10 coffee roaster

is a free-standing 20 pound maximum capacity batch roaster. It is the mid-capacity unit of the family of roasters that include the YM-5 and the YM-15. Having twice the capacity of the YM-5, the YM-10 is ideal for larger multi-store retailers, retailers with small wholesale businesses and smaller wholesalers. The YM-10 comes equipped with digital controller and bean probe, digital gas flame control, burner gas pressure gauge and preset audible alarms all coupled to a highly efficient impinged jet atmospheric burner for accurate and repeatable roasting. Additionally, the YM-10 has independent roasting and cooling functions allowing for continuous operation and reducing overall operation time. The YM-10 is easy to maintain, built on a proven, robust platform that will allow for decades of precise profile roasting.
