- Log temperature values on screen (real-time) for visual display
- The user can display a profile path on the graph to use as an aid in manipulating the coffee roaster
- Profile points can be created-saved-and recalled
- The temperature scale can be changed from F to C
- The minimum time scale can be set to insure the whole curve is displayed
- Burner settings can be logged and saved for future roasts
The system consist of a USB Thermocouple device, two type J thermocouples, USB cable and software cd.
