Ambex YM-15
is the backbone of many a small specialty wholesale coffee roasting operation. With its 30 pound maximum batch size and small footprint it is able to operate in nearly any specialty coffee business environment from a retail storefront to warehouse; and still produce a significant amount of coffee. These coffee roasters are the perfect size for larger multi-store retailers and small to medium wholesale operations where space or small batch flexibility makes larger coffee roasters undesirable or impossible. The YM-15 comes equipped with digital controller and bean probe, digital gas flame control, burner gas pressure gauge and preset audible alarms all coupled to a highly efficient impinged jet atmospheric burner for accurate and repeatable coffee roasting. Additionally, the YM-15 has independent roasting and cooling functions allowing for continuous operation and reducing overall operation time.
