The AMBEX YM-120, 240 pound maximum capacity coffee roasters
are the largest of the Ambex industrial drum roasters. The YM-120 is built tough for long lasting durability and engineered for controllability, ease of maintenance and safe operation. Like all Ambex roasters the YM-120 comes equipped with digital controller and bean probe, digital gas flame control, burner gas pressure gauge and preset audible alarms all coupled to a high output, high efficiency impinged jet atmospheric burner for accurate and repeatable coffee roasting of even the most demanding profiles.
